Today was a hectic day, so I had to move my run to tomorrow. Since it will be my longest distance in a while, it’s been weighing heavily on my mind.

I’m working on finding ways to fully disconnect and relax on my rest days. Hopefully, in the next few weeks, I’ll have it down to a fine art.
