Day Sixteen…back on the dreadmill!

I had originally planned for a 10km run outside, but after a long day at work and the freezing temperatures, I opted for the treadmill instead.

I kept the pace slow and steady, and while it turned into quite a sweaty session, it ended up being a really enjoyable run.

I made a point to maintain a steady heart rate throughout, which is great for building endurance, improving cardiovascular health, and promoting efficient fat burning. All in all, it was a solid workout!

10km (6.2miles) in 1:01:44 treadmill at 1% incline.
