I’ve decided to make Thursdays one of my rest days, largely because I finish work late. This week was particularly exhausting, so I’m not entirely sure I felt the full benefit of a running rest day—though my legs do feel a bit less sore.

Guess I’ll find out on Friday and Saturday if the rest paid off!
