With just a 13-hour gap since last night’s run, I wasn’t sure how my legs would hold up, but a good night’s sleep made all the difference—this run felt great! I kept a steady pace and was pleasantly surprised by how well my body handled the quick turnaround.
Since today’s run was on the treadmill again, I decided to switch things up and watch the football instead of listening to music. It turned out to be a game-changer for keeping my brain distracted and resisting the urge to stop. Definitely a tactic I’ll be using again!
8miles (12.8km) in 1:17:07 on the treadmill 1% incline.
