Today’s schedule left me no choice – I had to lace up and hit the pavement almost as soon as I got home. There was no time to overthink it or procrastinate – just grab my gear and go. And you know what? That lack of hesitation worked wonders. Sometimes, not giving yourself the chance to second-guess can be the best cure for procrastination.

The run itself felt great, and I’m thrilled to say it was even faster than my 5K on Monday. It’s amazing how simply starting can lead to a sense of accomplishment. I’m really pleased with how it turned out!
