Today was all about rest and recovery and a much needed pause to recharge. It also gave me time to reflect on just how far I’ve come. While this journey has been physically and mentally challenging at times, it’s also been an incredible confidence booster. Sticking to the plan 100% is finally paying off, and the positive changes are becoming clearer every day.
