Another treadmill run today—while the discomfort is fading, it’s still lingering, so the lower-impact option wins out over outdoor running for now.

I shaved a little more time off this distance, and I’m really settling into my rhythm at this pace – though I’m nowhere near ready to sustain it for a full marathon just yet!

But these small improvements are adding up, boosting my confidence with every run. Hopefully, that momentum will carry over to outdoor running very soon.
